Managing partner of the firm Alexander Grebelsky was appointed as a Chairman of Commission on Development of Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution at Moscow Branch of Association of Lawyers of Russia.
On November 28, 2019, the Commission on Development of Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution at Moscow Branch of Association of Lawyers of Russia began its work. On that day, Commission held its first meeting as part of the IX Law Week in Moscow, at the Law Faculty of Moscow State University.
The Commission brought together prominent specialists in the field of dispute resolution — lawyers from leading international and Russian law firms, as well as academicians:

Natalia Kozlova (Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Civil Law of Moscow State University) became a Deputy Chairman, Jan Kalish (Rybalkin, Gortsunyan and Partners, Counsel, Ph.D.) — an Executive Secretary of the Commission.
Alexander Grebelsky commented on this news: “The Commission, as its name implies, will devote its work to the development of non-state methods for resolving disputes with a focus on arbitration and mediation. Currently, representatives of all three operating Russian arbitration institutions: ICAC at the RF CCI, Arbitration Center at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), and the Russian Arbitration Center at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration have given their consent to participate in our work”.
