On December 7—8, 2019, the 3rd Professor Mozolin Corporate Arbitration Moot Court was held in Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration.
Professor Mozolin Corporate Arbitration Moot Court is held for the third year in a row and gathers participants from all over the country. In 2019, 87 teams (342 participants) took part in the competition.
The oral rounds of the Moot consisted of preliminary rounds and play-off rounds, which were held at the Russian Arbitration Center.
Annually, leading Russian lawyers in the field of corporate law and arbitration, including partners of Russian and foreign law firms, lawyers and lectures of leading law schools, act as arbitrators in the competition. The Managing Partner of the firm, Alexander Grebelsky, participated in the Moot as an arbitrator in the semifinal round.
In the final round, Teams from Moscow State University and Tomsk State University competed. This year winner is the MSU Team. Congratulations!
